Mitch Koll began his career in 1989 and has steadily increased his clientele and business to the point that he is recognized as being in the top 10% in his profession, and has earned the respect of his clients and fellow realtors.

  Most of his current business now comes from referrals  and past clients. His business grew because of honesty, hard work, listening to the needs of his customers, and fulfilling those needs on a consistent basis.

 In addition to mandatory courses, he has taken the initiative of taking many New Home Education Courses and has earned his Registered Relocation Specialist designation from Remax. A large portion of home sales in Grande Prairie involves either new homes, or employee relocations. In addition to his existing business he has taken extra steps to be knowledgeable in these areas so that he better understands the additional needs some of his clients may have. 

  In the past few years he has achieved the Platinum Club and Hall of Fame Award, and th Gold Award for the local Real Estate Board. These accomplishments require a consistent high level of service to the customer.
